Processing Times
Please allow a processing time of 1-2 business days after an order is purchased before it is shipped out.
All orders purchased after 12pm on Fridays will not ship out until the following Monday.

Shipment Tracking
Once the order has shipped, all customers are will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for shipping information to update.

Shipping Address Changes
If your order was submitted with the incorrect shipping address, please contact us at admin@pawfeepups.com ASAP. If the order has not yet been processed, we will update the shipping address; however, we cannot guarantee a change will be made.
